At Tree Service Flower Mound, we take pride in delivering high-quality tree care services with a focus on safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. All work is performed using industry-standard practices and equipment.

No Automatic Refunds

We do not offer automatic refunds once services have been rendered. Tree work is labor-intensive, equipment-heavy, and scheduled in advance, which means that once a project begins, the associated time and resources are committed.

When a Refund May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered if we determine that negligence on our part directly caused damage to your property or resulted in a clear failure to fulfill the scope of work outlined in your signed agreement.

In most cases, refunds will be partial refunds and will typically cover only the cost required to repair the damage if we do not fix the issue ourselves.

Situations that may qualify for a refund include:

• Property damage caused by clear and documented operator error or negligence

• Failure to perform contracted work in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications

We reserve the sole right to determine whether a refund is warranted and the amount to be refunded based on the specific facts and circumstances of each situation.

What Does Not Qualify

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Client dissatisfaction with the natural results of tree work (e.g., appearance after pruning, or stump grinding debris left behind as discussed in the contract)

• Service delays due to weather, equipment issues, or scheduling conflicts

• Damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or structures that were not disclosed or marked by the client

• Damage or conditions specifically agreed upon in the signed contract where both the client and Tree Service Flower Mound acknowledged and accepted the risk prior to work beginning

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of project completion. We will review your case, inspect the site if necessary, and work with you toward a fair resolution.
